Event 6 – 9 Game

Following the 8 game yesterday we turned our attention to a 9 game mix which has all the 8 game variants PLUS another big bet discipline, No limit 2-7 single draw. This is the same mix and rotation order as played at the WSOP for the $50k poker players championship. 

We had 12 entries into this $900 buy-in creating a prize pool of over $9,000

In the end, as always, there can be only one and it would be Sean McKenzie who would take out the Hall of famer, Gary Benson, for the title and ensuring Gary finished a very respectable 2nd four tournaments in a row!

1st – Sean McKenzie $4,620

2nd – Gary Benson $2,770

3rd – John Caridad $1,850

Next up, a 10 game rotation and our main event for the week scheduled for two days with 30 minute blinds on day 1 and 40 minutes on day 2! This is a $1,200 buy-in with some key levels repeated during the middle of re-entries and late rego to ensure plenty of play and a slow and painful grind!
